  Bought a wood dinning table and got faded one month later. They refused to refund and repair. Ridiculous ! Stay away from this shop.

  I purchased a table and chairs with oz design furniture as I was told they had a matching entertainment unit coming in the next few weeks. Three days later after paying for the table and chairs I was told the entertainment unit would not be coming in that range and when I tried to get my money back I was charged a 30% fee on my purchase of the table and chairs. Disputing this to a Customer Service rep and explained that I was sold this furniture under false pretences the company still disregarded my claim and I was still charged the 30% fee. Please be very careful when dealing with this company, if you have to.

  Like all other reviewers had a terrible experience with this company. Purchased a lounge suite for $2k. Tested it in store and it was comfortable and soft. Then received delivery of a firm, stiff, bodgy looking thing. Tried to return it and OzDesign refused even though admitting that the lounges in store were much softer than the delivered item. Trying my luck with NSW Fair Trading out of spite and principle.
  
  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
  
  TERRIBLE SERVICE. POOR QUALITY FURNITURE.
  
  Shop at Fantastic Furniture - same quality but cheaper.

  I had been looking for dining chairs, Sasha at Oz Design Moore Park was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up finding the right chair after searching all day. Sasha's expertise, bubbly personality and excellent customer service sealed the deal. Thanks for being so lovely Sasha, you made my day!
