I have been renting in Sydney for 20 + years and have never experienced anything like this.
Since when can you glue glass? - gaff tape was stuck over the cracks in the window panes and I was told the job has been done.
Windows don't stay open they sent a so called tradesmen that proceeded to drill holes through the window frames and then handed
me allan keys to insert into the holes to keep the windows open????
These agents are slum lord's
Do not ever rent from them
