One phone call to the amazing staff at Cosmo's and problem solved in 40 seconds, literally. The technician, Bruno, talked me through the process with meticulous care and the advice was profound. Their customer service is second-to-none and it was a delight to visit their store.
And with the light rail going on outside, it's great to know they have parking out the back ... we hope to return!
